1. Rental Requirements:
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of rental, and the renter must meet the minimum age requirement.
Age limits according to vehicle classes are stated in the table below.
- Payment: Accepted forms of payment, security deposit, and rental fees. Only credit cards are accepted for deposit. Car rental fee and other expenses can be paid in cash.
2. Reservation and Cancellation:
- Reservation details: How to make, change or cancel a reservation or for any questions you may have, you can reach us by calling 0850 532 34 55 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
- Cancellation fees: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the day you made it and receive your refund without interruption.
3. Rental Duration:
- Daily/weekly rates:
You can reach the current prices and reservations on the websites.
- Late returns: If you are late up to 2 hours, you will not experience a fee deduction. If you are 3-4 hours late, half of that day's daily fee will be added to your rental fee. If you are more than 4 hours late, you will be charged the full day rate.
4. Vehicle Use:
- Authorized drivers: Apart from the person renting the vehicle, 2 extra drivers can be included and the daily fee is 4 Euros.
- Prohibited use: The use of vehicles other than authorized and internal drivers is prohibited, and use abroad is not allowed.
5. Insurance and Liability:
- Insurance coverage: All vehicles rented from tripxcars have basic insurance. You can get support for extra full insurance packages.
- Liability: The renter’s is responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle or damage that occurs within the liability days. In case of an accident, liability is transferred to the company by providing insurance conditions and making declarations.
6. Fuel Policy:
When you pick your car up, the fuel tank will be full or partly full. You will leave a deposit to cover the cost of the fuel: the counter staff will block this money on your credit card. Just before you return your car, please replace the fuel you've used.
7. Penalties and Fees:
- Traffic violations: Renter's responsibility for any traffic violations.
- Additional fees: Bridge and highway fees belong to the tenant. These fees will be charged from the deposit received from you.
